There will be multiple space for different types of builds in the future , what we have now is , tilt up , prefab , stick build, metal frame , brick veneer ect ect . As 3D printing , brick stacking , Modular and who know what else they will come up with , improve and replace the old with new , the old building methods and building codes will be superseded by new codes and methods , there will be ample room for multiple different building methods in this space as there Just now . The only difference that FBR has over all their competitors is the DST ! It’s not just a “Bricklayer” remember this , HX is just the first of many applications that the DST will be applied to . Those 3D concrete printers are good but that’s all they do 3D print walls ! the time it takes to set up , looks painstaking as opposed to having blocks delivered loaded and off it goes . Every Country has a brick manufacturing plant , FBR will simple approach them , give them a huge order for a HX suited block for them to manufacture , if it stacks up they will produce the blocks for FBR , also remember WB is already positioned in strategic positions around the globe . These days there are hundreds of competitors in the construction sector and there is plenty for all imo , IF FBR manage to Aquire 2% of the $13 trillion block market then its “Happydays”for all long term holders . I’m not worried one bit, it’ll happen all in good time .
