So-called sophisticated investors get it wrong all the time. They don’t have crystal balls and they take a punt just like everybody else. Usually with someone elses’ money. Most of them aim to be right 6 out of 10 times so they can still make money.
If you’re going to relentlessly flog that line you should probably ask yourself how many sophisticated investors were shown the demonstration and didn’t invest.
