All legitimate and credible points.
We are all waiting patiently for the 10+ commercial builds for profit. The answers, one way or the other, will be provided then.
In my opinion, retail investors have two options right now. Invest elsewhere until FBR complete the 10+ houses.
OR
Take the gamble now and hope that they will successfully complete outdoor testing (all climates), build the houses that pass the relevant building codes (people also buy and then live in them) and also implement their plan for the manufacture of the HX's in AUS, Europe and maybe even KSA to accommodate for their Supplier/Contractors needs.
What you also need to understand is that the most damaging cost for construction companies is Workers Compensation and Claims. HX removes the majority of that risk.
It SHOULD also provide an accurate estimate in material costs, material waste, time to build based on their 3D CAD Designs etc.
