    A CR aimed at institutional investors who would be/are privy to far more information than retail investors.
    They didn't seem to have a problem raising the money.

    If we run with the assumption that instos conduct their due diligence far more extensively than us, why so much doubt?

    FIL increased their holdings... Are you suggesting that they enjoy wasting their money?
