    The penalty aways high having to back in, so the sooner you start pay your rate the lower the cost.

    They lost a hell of lot of mud some 12,000 bbls so following at 3000-4,000 bpd you would assume that the first two days could be all mud, as the mud is unloaded you hope to get a cleaner and cleaner formation fluid flow. This could be formation water or oil. For ARQ to go to all this cost they must have some additional information (not released to the market) to give them some encouragements.

    Reviewing all the company announcement I can not spot it. I do not believe the DOIR would have forced the company to do the test. Interesting to say the least.

    I am hoping that Blackgold might also shed some light on the subject.
