I'm no oil expert, so I have questions

1. Why did EGO jump in? did they get a cheaper backin deal by committing before definite results and were encouraged enough by the initial indications?

2. They had gas indications while drilling. Now nothing when testing starts? why?

3. The mud is just starting to return to the surface, lots more to come. But whats pushing it up? Can we still be optimistic?

I'd have much prefered a simple report that it was a gusher of gas or oil .. sigh
