I recalled the following in EMR's report of Nov 1, so there were already thoughts of getting the rig moving. I think other wells commencing was clearly getting critical.
"The current plan is to complete the well during the next two days, and undertake a
clean-up flow prior to moving the rig to Arc’s next exploration well."
