    I hope you are wrong, with regard to the flow rate calculations. I assume it just sloppy reporting by ARQ.

    PS If there is oil then the one or two week delay before re-opening the taps should the entire reservoir to reach more equilibrium position. In simple terms if there is oil it should have floated to the top.
