Wait for the audited accounts, by all means. Might be a long wait though!

Sharing...........? OK, sharing an estimate of their net. assets and sharing a few rhetorical questions and sharing an opinion on the net assets, OK.

And......How much do they owe the note holders, including interest and who has been paying the bills for the last year or so? $32k cash in the pocket 15 months ago plus the Sante fe $212k which is probably all spent by now?

    From the 3b 26-Oct-2016
Don't they owe the note holders $1,272,000.00 plus 12% pa interest. Has that been paid?

If you are going to show the "assets" in order to paint an all's good picture you must include the debt! It will be substantial by now?

    +$2.24m sante fe shares

    -$1.262m c. notes

    -$200k WG
(no guarantees they will get this back)

    -$227k note interest estimate
    (Say 15 months interest @ 12%)

    -Maybe repay the "Okap" money?

    -Anything else?

    +$? Cash (not very much?)

Net assets estimated at <=$500k if they are lucky.

Anyway, maybe do a CR for some highly prospective project in the next bubble and spend a lot of the raised $ repaying debt?

Just opening it up for discussion.

And before you ask, today, I have nothing better to do!
