Discussions are still proceeding between both parties I was told. No litigation had been initiated when I received feedback.
Auditors have expressed their opinion. Unsure on what basis.
IGS will most likely need to satisfy the ASX re this item if it is included as debtor in the accounts. You do not need to worry about it.
