Maybe it's me, but I thought the quarterly report was very clear.

“DOE approval is expected in the December quarter"

Not sure what everyone wants to know in the mean time, there's not much they can do until all the approvals are granted in the Philippines and France.
Everyone would probably belt them up if they sent out announcements with no info.......

You could all do what I'm up to.......... doing my dough on other stocks .......great fun !
