I have been in touch with the company and Dennis is very disappointed with the share price also and stated the phillipine approval could come at anytime and the french one waiting signature also. In stating this I still have little faith as the market is the ultimate controller here. GGX is a basket case at the moment and they dont have any farm in partners and can only negotiate once they get the approval.
