Think they expect a contract to be draw up and signed in a day.
Maybe over Xmas dinner or a glass of champers on new year's day.
All things take time.
I personal hope it takes 6 months more and the price of the shares does go back to 1c.
not worth it atm. $50 a barrel if lucky we get $20.
But the s.p is only up 33%!!!!!!!! But nothing is happening.
What a joke.......
