Has so little money it can't afford to make an announcement? For goodness sake - what is the "announcement listing fee" these days? I think it would certainly not hurt to scrape a couple of dollars together to write an announcement out, go to Office Works and photocopy it a couple of times, then go to the local Newsagent and see if they still have a fax machine to send it to the ASX.

Seriously - if there are no projects, no money, and the Director Yuzheng is too busy at his/her day job to bother looking after whatever interests might be left, then just have the company put down and out of its misery, and we can have our capital losses for tax purposes and just move on.

Talking about being "put down".......I wouldn't mind a face to face shareholder's meeting with the previous Directors........sat in on a telephone briefing that one of the brokers had arranged once - really should have seen through their bumbling "primises" and "gid plins for the fiture" for the "cimpiny".
