I went looking to see what I could find about the Carson property.
Here are some details announced in 2001.
Carson Property details
The land is a massive 59.6 acres. It does appear though that they don't own it freehold but have access to it for 50 years.
A later article said that the Carson factory size was 160,000 square feet. The 2006 annual report shows some photographs of it.
It sounds massive but I was told some time back that a lot of the Carson factories had closed down. It will be interesting to see what value they come up with if they do revalue it.
