$10-15k per shareholder type raisings aren't a good way to do it, cause they are skewed towards smaller holders, and smaller holders aren't going to stump up
I would think they planned for very little being raised from the spp, and would have raised all they need from the sofis placement, with the view that the bulk of the spp be placed later
