Which makes perfect sense why there has been no action here recently. The receiver needs to get the most out of the asset. What if they cant sell it...what happens there? Maybe CAP can bid 2 million for it instead of paying the full 13 mill back...can that happen? What are they actually selling though because they lost their rights as the time passed to cough up the cash

I cant see any major ann coming out til middle Oct at the earliest IMO. Guess just need to sit and wait
