coffees active in gladstone and workers leaving in droves due to small salary offers which look good to unemployed people but not to experienced staff who can smell the roses on offer, just saying that people labour only goes so far before leaving for companies that pay fair renumeration.
If management cares for the company which is based on personal effort as they sell a service not a mineral etc then then why put them down the pay scale as people make the company not the acreage owned so to speak...
This policy might work in spain but not in a mining boom in aust if u know what i mean
