Hi to all TNR followers. Below is the response which is positive to myself being a Shareholder in that they agree the current situation is not the best for the Company and are looking at ways to build up the share price
We are committed to our current funding with La Jolla and we will continue to issue stock as they issue conversion notices. We are very disappointed at the manner LA Jolla has approached the structure of the deal as they show no regard to the possibilities for the future or the potential of the company and the project in Madagascar.
Ian Johns is making a presentation to La Jolla tomorrow and I will be seeing their representatives the following week. We are both making presentations on the company, its current structure and our future.
Ian and I are very conscious of the problem and we are looking at other ways to resolve the problem if La Jolla continues to behave in its present manner. Ian and I are also some of the biggest losers as most of our personal wealth is tied up with this company.
We believe there is a future for the Madagascan project and we will continue to use our best endeavours for the benefit of the company and all its shareholders.
