We have been very busy at destra Corporation over the last few weeks.

1.

You will be happy to know that all resolutions were passed unanimously.

destra held a roadshow at the end of November to introduce resellers of
its various divisions to the unique opportunity of cross selling a
comprehensive range of business communications services. The attendance
of
over two hundred resellers at the event held in Brisbane, Sydney and
Melbourne is already reaping rewards with resellers embracing the new
services they can resell to their customers.

TPP Internet, of which destra Corporation has a 60% stake, has been
named
the exclusive international domain name registrar for the Solomon
Islands
(.sb) by Solomon Telekom Company. TPP will commence registering .sb
domains from early January 2005.
