Agree, it is poorly written, but if you read it again, you will find the Judiciary has advised AF that the JPM (requested by D&C) does not apply to either Strike's 51% direct interst nor does it apply to Strikes 17.15% interest (through the IAC).
Despite the Judiciary advising SRK of the inapplicability of the JPM, it still has resulted in the temporary suspension of the IAC transaction (ie SRK's 17.15% interest).
The temporary suspension gives D&C time to commence arbitration. This has not occured. The suspension, therefore, will be lifted if D&C do not do so in due course.
PS, I spoke with Shanker...the PFS will be out early next week.
