BUT the only confusion that lie's here is with SRK's wording and spin doctoring, nothing else.

Their Ann's regarding this issue have been quite bizarre from the start I think we'd all agree and this one is no different.

I've told you all many times before, don't believe everything you read and I'm telling you now, imho D&C have infact been successful against the original claim of the IAC Transaction being against the AF Shareholders Agreement! That's all they were claiming for, not the original 38% which took SRK's option to 51%, that was never in dispute so for SRK to come out and say "Good News", our 51% is secured is just pure "Spin Doctoring" when 3 paragraphs later they actually admit that the issue of the extra 17.15% which forms part of the IAC Transaction has infact been "Suspended".

I'm telling you now folks and I've told you all long, it seems as though SRK have stuffed this up bigtime and it's gonna cost us already US$111.5mil dollars worth of the project according to the last offer and many times more that once the project gets off the ground. I'm NOT happy at all and someone at SRK needs to pay for this I reckon!!!

Make no mistake about it, D&C have clearly the upper hand on this one and we might as well kiss it good-bye now cause if it does go to Court, imho not only will we lost the stake to D&C but we will have to pay millions of $$$ in Court costs and also damages etc!!! Madan, Khan et al - You've been clearly caught out here and it's time for a "Proper" explanation to us Shareholders!!!
