Umm I'm sorry Orbs but you are wrong, the JPM is infact in force for the 17.15% which is represented through the IAC Transaction which contravened the AF Shareholders Agreement and which looks like we'll end up loosing.
It's very clear cut....

What's it gonna cost shareholders you ask??? Well a basic sum based upon the recent offer for the whole project would be US$650 x 17.15% = US$111.4mil
