PacMag Transaction

Preparation of the Scheme booklet outlining the proposed transaction is near completion. Once the booklet is accepted by the Australian courts, it will be mailed out to PacMag shareholders for their consideration and to provide information for the shareholder vote necessary to approve the transaction. Assuming positive approvals by the courts and PacMag shareholders, completion of the transaction is expected in late May or early June.
