The ABG are the major shareholder in BCL ... they effectively rejected their own EL application, now are appealing their own decision - in an associated way
Isn't it wasting both time and resources of both ?
It's almost as if the ABG has no knowledge of where their share's are, or ability to retrieve them. They can just wind BCL up, return the majority of the capital themselves, and cut a fresh deal with new developer for whatever they want.
