Update on KPCL Acquisition of Satimola Limited, page-4

I took a huge haircut on this and got out at 24. At that time Satimola was Definately still in play but it was a 5 year play, so I sold out and parked my money elsewhere. But Satimola now looks to be gone and how KPC will now raise cash with the sp where it is will only end in massive dilution or debt that the company can obviously not afford.

I hope I'm wrong for holders because we all were stuck in this for years and for it to play out like I think it will, is a disgrace.
