According to half yearly accounts Satimola had received $6,705,409 as a loan and then an impairment for this amount in the accounts. Then on 7th July 2014 there were subsequent Sale and Purchase agreement.
My understanding from the accounts is that Batis Kali is the KPC entity in Kazak who deals through your Satbor for the transaction.
