To all shareholders, I would like to hear your thoughts on the effect of the SP, if proceedings in the Supreme Court
a) are in favour of GAS and we now own 100%,
b) results leave us with only 80%?
Obviously this is not cut and dry or else it would not of ended up in court, considering the legal costs for getting this resolved.
Also what is the general consensus LT SH's have on the ability and honesty of the current BOD, I ask this question only because of my dealings with another company IOR/NSL, who led us to belief for yrs we were sitting on a gold mine, only to discover the potential gold mine was indeed a lemon patch.
