lol Radge, ummm I don't think so given that it is every likelihood that according to the claims, it is SRK & MAPSA who have breached the AF Shareholders Agreement with respect to the IAC Transaction, not the other way around lol! But good try anyway :)
Stevie - I agree, but when did I ever mention there would be a cash settlement??? From memory I have never alluded to such a thing, as far as I've gone is to say that if infact D&C are successful and in the event that they receive the 17.15% shareholding as part of settlement instead of transferement to SRK under the IAC Transaction, then this would cost approx US$111mil to SRK shareholders based on the last offer for the project etc. Never have I mentioned that there would be a cash settlement.
At the end of the day, doesn't matter what we discuss or allude to, the fact is that neither of including myself actually know what is happening behind the scenes so I guess time will actually tell once this is all settled which is hopefully sooner rather than later!!!
