Let me guess, you also think that D&C have absolutely no claim whatsoever and SRK would of never done anything wrong or have broken the AF Shareholders Agreement and as such, nothing will happen of negative substance with this legal action right???

Let me ask you then Radge seeing as though you seem to know a lot of legal stuff, IF D&C are infact successfull against SRK & MAPSA and have the IAC transaction suspended and they've been found to break the AF Shareholders, what do you think D&C will then be rewarded???
