The Chinese contract is a lucrative one and will contribute around US$50mill /annum ... and ETC will receive payments on time. The project is in full swing and as I posted earlier brokers and institutions in China visiting and viewing the card printing - it's all happening - so ETC shouldn't be illiquid for long (good illiquid stocks by the way have given me my best trades, but ETC is not a trade it's a hold for me).
I don't know what this means to you... But when a company gives guidance 15 months before the FY results which it can live up to in this current environment - then it is a rare breed indeed and obviously means payments were never in doubt... so I suggest keep this "information" to yourself .. don't spread doubt where there's certainty.
