it's one thing to win the business, but if you don't have the organisational infrastructure to deliver on them then it's a waste of time. As we have seen, ETC has had more than 30 positions advertised, from marketing/sales execs to admin and programmers.
1-2 contracts per year at 40-80m in revenue a year is plenty for now. If they can get another 2 in the next 12 months, then that would be quite pleasing.
I am sure that as more clients come on board, it will heighten the interest of other major clients around the world. As ETC executes the current contracts, it will also have the cash to fund further organisational capacity.
Only so much you can bite off before you need to chew.
If they deliver the cash, I see big things in the next 18 months...
