Something worth considering is that over the last 3 years Noble have had to sell off BILLIONS in assets, take hefty writedowns and cut hundreds of jobs yet despite all that, they've continued to support RES along the journey of securing finance. The IDC have given the nod for finance and hopefully now that Noble's neck is off the chopping block the other parties will get a move on.
