If I had to recommend 5 small caps to you this weekend:
I would include Destra as one of the 5.

I say that because current prices appear to be a bargain.

Destra is likely to earn in the vicinity of $5 million in 2007.
Because the market cap is just $32 million, the P/E is 6.5.

Even if they only hit $4 million in 07, the P/E is still just 8.1.

I therefore conclude, moving forward, based on 20 cents:
... there's only minor downside, but a LOT of upside.

I expect the share price to be above 30 cents in the future.
In this light, at prices below 20 cents, there's 50% upside.
