one would have to think hard that either asic or the asx should have a class action against them for allowing such bad behavoir from directors who fleece the company and bailing when they have achieved their goal

amid all the emails to asic and asx who take no action what so ever when trouble starts


they close a blind eye to it and allow it to happen

time for them to be accountable with a class action but from all share holders of other listed companies that have lost heaps of share holders money through miss givings from these directors,they hide behind being untouchable and they flaunt it

and yet these people allow these companies to list with these directors

so who is guilty asic and the asx
