It beggars belief that you now think this is not the right forum, yet you alone started this debate and choose this particular forum.

I quote an assertion from one of your posts; “From the outside looking in, does anyone think Wendy and co are trying to railroad the board with the intent of putting Cbox back into Motopia and try to run the show?” – wouldn’t you say that was written with intent to “predict” let alone rather poignantly hypocritical? – what about you and your mates with all their options, why isn’t this seen as an attempt to take control of the company when these options are exercised? Anyway, unimportant, your now self-righteous stance is duly noted and obvious to all.

The Board still has not put out the 249D information they requested from me with a deadline of last Sunday morning 9:00 am – I’d like this noted to all that they chose this particularly unusual dead line and further suggest it was to ensure that their associated parties had time to come out on HC to stir the pot; it is also obviously another play to antagonize rather than find a solution and a complete contradiction of what Oily Man says in his posts. The announcement is still not out and we’re into Tuesday, perhaps they need more time than I do to write a response, I suspect all their responses need to be done by their legal counsel… a shame we have a Board that cannot respond to corporate issues without the additional financial burden of legal costs. Hence my argument that we need a “Corporate” Board that understands business.
