Cool, Snowy. I certainly didn't mean to be patronising. A change in Directors can be worth something. A company I had shares in, has just had all Directors change- without a S249D, but I tend to think the major shareholder was just very unhappy with the way the company was going. It was all done silently, but swiftly. Some sort of coup, clearly. It hasn't changed the share price at all. I hope for holders in that company, that "spite" selling doesn't occur from the old Directors upon exit, as they had lots of skin in the game. It's always a risk when there is a coup- formal or informal.
The other thing I was interested in from Wendy, is how the numbers are going. An election is all about the numbers. Have you got a lot of holders- or the required amount- willing to support you and yours, Wendy?
