Could give many reasons as to why, but not printable here.

I did not mention anything about counsellors. If a director can't communicate with shareholders, then how on earth can they have the skills to bring new projects to the company and communicate with their corporate peers.

The Directors put forward are business people, have excellent communication skills, accounting skills.

Of course a business plan is a necessity, something that we are sadly lacking with these directors. All they have given us was Cyprus.

We have one last chance to clean this company up and go forward for the benefit of ALL.
