Wendy, not often does HC have a person wanting to overthrow Directors around, so I might take the liberty of asking if you have a PLAN for the company. How will the company be better if the S249D changes Directors? This question is not about how bad the current Directors are, but what you guys (women, too!) expect to do with the company if successful? How can you get the share price above .001? A change of Directors wont do that automatically, or if it does, it will be temporary, because shareholders, at the end of the day, simply want performance. So, what is the plan going forward?
