Full disclosure from this company has been lacking for a long time.

It is amazing that we have gone from revenue stream to NO revenue stream at all, except for capital raising by share dilution. Capital raised has not been used has not been used to create revenue stream, it has been used to pay directors and working capital.

When we were producing income we had a serious problem of having a top heavy corporate payroll, thus impedeing growth of the businesses.

Funny how cBox has expanded rapidly and profitable, MVH has also grown day by day and profitable, the reason these companies are now running profitably is they are being run by professionals in their field.

Directors currently are being paid with no revenue stream.

IMHO shareholder dissatification is growing by the day and come the EGM the ground swell will be overwhelming.
