Thanks jmcgoo, I remember you well and recall you left a message which is why I returned your call. Unlike Noggie, who claims to have called on a private number and left no message, I guess you really wanted to speak to me. Not too sure how some people stay in business – imagine calling a client, supplier or anyone really on a private number, leave no message, then put a post out like the one he did.

It is sickening the state of affairs at the moment, the company is limbo and while I am blamed for this even though I have a legitimate right to my actions, I will not budge in my conviction that there is a better way forward for all, one which does not include this incompetent and overpaid Board IMO.

We do still have a company standing and there is still opportunity, there are so many projects coming out of the woodwork now which could add shareholder value which are even better than cBox, but I doubt this Board would be able to identify opportunities let alone have the experience to commercialize them IMO. I am against a Mining play, I wasn’t 12 months ago, I thought like everyone else that we were going that path and it would be good for all shareholders. Now I am concerned about any speculative Mining play, the industry has changed, the boom is dying and MOT is nearly 12 months too late for this. Further, the SP is simply too low which will cause significant division for all shareholders and Chapters 1 & 2 would be required. Not a sound business rational if they do this.

    IMO DYOR
