I really have no idea?… perhaps other shareholders do and if so may respond - alternatively it would be good for these people to come forward themselves in a show of good faith. But I suspect because the AGM resolutions passed, they either voted against us or abstained, not sure as this is confidential info I’ve been told – but maybe some others on HC who would have this info may let it slip as we’ve seen before. LOL … So definitely not an ally to me. As for the rules, I understand it the way you do but figured that seeing no such takeover bid has been put forward or forced, I assumed that the Board allowed it anyway and likely not jeopardize the company further so would have permission from the authoritative bodies, whatever is required anyway to avoid this anyway. Sorry I can’t be more helpful. Worth investigating though, so thanks for the heads up.
