I found Fridays update released my MOT very confusing to say the least.
Firstly, I was pleased to read the Board were willing to sit down with Cbox owner Wendy Syme and Neil Fleming (her agent) to try and get all these political issues sorted amacibly but then read on to see it was a complete waste of time.
So it looks like another AGM will be called to sort out the 249d which will further suck funds out of the coffers that MOT so desperatly needs to try and turn the ship around.
BTW does anyone here know who Neil Fleming is and how he got involved? Its the first time I've heard of his name.
Then we have the Statement OF Claim by Wendy Syme that MOT has to deal with. The following comments came from the announcement by MOT "The Board does not believe there is in merit in the Claim and has filed a Defence and intends to vigorously defend the Claim"
Another cost that will also be wasted. Does Cbox have any right to make this statement of claim? Does anyone here know this?
From what I can see MOT bought Cbox and issued the owners a considerable amount of shares. Then gave the company back to the owners. So they got to keep all the shares and also got the company back? Is this correct?
From the outside looking in, does anyone think Wendy and co are trying to railroad the board with the intent of putting Cbox back into Motopia and try to run the show? Is Cbox the asset we need that will turn it all around for us shareholders? Does anyone know?
Look guys, I dont like what im seeing with all these ulterior motives by all involved. Some of us here have put in some serious funds into MOTOPIA and these funds I feel have saved the company from basically going into administration.
Now with all these added issues and IMO,we are looking down and out with the end not too far if this keeps up.
I hope common sense prevails between the 2 parties. They need to be upfront with what all their motives are. The AGM that just passed spoke for itself. Lets get all this behind us and try to turn this mess around. With all this crap associated with MOT who the hell will want to do a deal with it?
