Perssonally, I never complained about insider trading. The reason for this is the volume so low and the sp is always going down...so, I am not worry about insider trading.

I am worry about:
- huge salaries.
- Not participating in the spp.
- Tiny projects that do not bring any value to shareholders but has great value to director's salaries.
- Some directors have other companies that have contract with key and key pays them money for some services....I do not bother to rfead the details...but this was indicated clearly in the last annual report.
