Although I'm in this for the long term, the narrow band of 8-10 cents u refer to Philly does surprise me.
Barring the free oppies, the SP seems heavily discounted when u consider the 9cent placement. Not only have positive announced come but further should follow.
The pattern of trade seems like one or more major holders has dual interest, whereby other investments are also maturing well.
I say this not to judge or by any means disrespect choice of change for i have also been there recently, but simply to point out that some, including myself, have entered into PTX at earlier CRs.
Forgive my rambling, and await the science to do the talking.
