Been thinking about this - it is too early to be thinking of > 1.2 Moz imo, we are talking about high grade veins and their isnt enough deep drilling to project too far at depth Having said that i will be very happy if they have 0.6Moz+ at high grade (+6g/t?), near surface i.e pittable and hence v profitable These epithermal zones are seriously good targets that turnover heaps of money and once you are in the field you find more.
Think Vera-Nancy in Qld - was always thought to be <0.3Moz in 1990-94 from shallow veins, drilled a bit more along strike in 1995 and presto 3.1Mt @ 14.0 g/t - field is still producing!
Made heaps of profit, and after 15 odd year of mining has only now got to 2Moz but it is the excellant numbers of 5.8Mt @ 12.2 g/t!
