    I can tell you to stay away from Blackmore's. Their milk was a massive flop.

    Their vitamins sales have drastically slowed down in particular Chinese demand.

    Now they have to go back to the slow grind of winning back the disenchanted retailers who supported Blackmore's before the Chinese boom.

    I doubt sales/profit and growth will be anywhere near 2015 and 2016 levels.
