Now, that was a good master stroke by our fearless leader in telling us a good news in regard to the GSA first, but then it was quickly followed by the not so good news. Dear oh me...............As they say...Go Figure.!!

Someone must have taken full notice of what was said in that second announcement and started running for the exit doors.
