Even though management have plenty of skin in the game I wouldnt mind them easing up on the selling for a few months! I understand taking a little profit to reward themselves but much more selling and ill be wondering whats really going on, A perfect question for the AGM if anyone is going.
Also wouldnt EAX be an ideal takeover target, the acquirer really only has to get managements approval on price and the deal is done. No debt, great metrics and great business. Would be an ideal bolt-on for a range of companies out there.
