MEO have committed to drill so MOG is simply not affected by the farmout success or failure either way in reality. They had 15% beforehand and still have 15% now.
I am sure this is their reason for not being in a halt. Of course perceptions of various other market participants may vary from this view which could see movement in MOG's price.
